Bacon Wrapped Venison Fillets

Bacon Wrapped Venison Fillets Lawhorn'sIngredients:

1 6-8 oz venison fillet per person
1 thick sliced bacon per fillet
1 tbsp Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning Original Blend

Directions:

  1. Liberally season fillets on all sides
  2. Stand the filet on a bacon slice and roll the bacon around the filet tightly
  3. Use toothpicks to hold the bacon around the filet
  4. Place on grill, and brush with garlic butter after 2 minutes
  5. Flip after four minutes and brush with garlic butter again
  6. Cook for another four minutes or until desired doneness is achieved
