“Too Easy” Roasted Pork Loin

“Don’t tell your family or guests how easy this one was, you will look like a gourmet chef!”

SERVINGS: 3 per pound of pork loin prepared

INGREDIENTS
1-fresh Center-Cut lean pork loin (3 to 6 pounds)
1- liberal coating of Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning
Fresh-cracked black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Crack pepper on all sides of loin. Generously coat the loin with Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning on all sides.
Place in a roasting pan on either a wire rack, or mireproux (carrot, celery, onion mixture). Cook until internal temp is at least 150 degrees.
Let roast stand for 15 minutes before carving. Slice 1/4 inch thick and fan on the plate.
This is a great pork recipe that is so simple a caveman can do it!! Serve with stuffing or mashed potatoes and homemade pork gravy with a summer squash casserole for a great Southern meal!!

VARIATIONS: Coat the loin with Dijon Mustard and FRESH Rosemary after seasoning for a most “sophisticated” gourmet flavor.
