Servings: 1 desired cut of meat per person (At least 1″ thick)
Suggested cuts – New York Strip, Rib-eye, Porterhouse, Top Sirloin, Filet Mignon
Liberal sprinkling of Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning
on both sides of the steak
1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
1. Let steaks sit at room temperature for 1 hour prior to cooking. Apply fresh pepper to both sides and pat into meat. Repeat with Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning.
2. Cook meet to desired color and tenderness. We suggest rare to medium rare for best flavor and juiciness. (Works well with chicken, pork chops, ribs, or just about anything you grill)
