Easy Roasted Pork Loin

Pork Loin Roast for EasterIngredients:

1 3-6lb fresh center cut lean pork loin

Liberal coating of Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning

Freshly cracked black pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Sprinkle pepper on all sides of the loin. Generously coat the loin with Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning.
  3. Place loin in a roasting pan on a wire rack or over mireproux (carrot, celery and onion mixture). Cook until internal temp is at least 150 degrees.
  4. Let roast stand for 15 minutes before carving.
