Lawhorn’s Broccoli Casserole
2 packages of frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained well
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning Original Blend to taste (1 to 2 teaspoons)
- Cook broccoli and drain well.
- Combine other ingredients and mix into broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer combined ingredients into a shallow 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- You can add additional shredded cheese or croutons to the top of the casserole the last five minutes of baking time if so desired.
