All the work for this one can be done ahead of time, once your amazing pulled pork is done all you need to do is put it between some slider buns!

Ingredients

  • 1-4 5 lb pork shoulder or butt (recommended: bone-in)
  • 1 large onion, coarse chopped
  • 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup Lawhorn’s Signature Seasonings
  • 1/2 tbs liquid smoke
  • 24-30 slider buns
  • 1 crock pot

 

Directions

  • Chop the onion and put it in the crockpot
  • Coat the pork butt thoroughly with Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning
  • Place pork butt on top of the onion in the crock pot
  • Mix the liquid smoke in with your BBQ sauce and pour it around the butt
  • Spread a little sauce and onions on top of the pork
  • Cover and cook on high for about 8 hours
  • Place cooked pork in slider buns and serve
